Al-Jami' li Mufradat al Adweya wa al-Aghtheya الجامع لمفردات الأدوية و الأغذية I believe the Kitab al-Jami fi al-Adwiya al-Mufrada, The Complete book of Simple Medicaments, is being mistakenly attributed to Ibn al-Baitar. This seeming mistake is being reproduced widely (for example, ), but the correct English translation of Ibn al-Baitar's book (' The (Complete) Book of Simple Drugs and Food') does not correspond to the Arabic version of the book presented here (' The Complete (book) of Simple Medicaments').
Kitab Mufradat Al Quran
The article is probably referring to Al-Jami' li Mufradat al Adweya wa al-Aghtheya (الجامع لمفردات الأدوية و الأغذية), The Complete book in Simple Medicaments and Nutritious items (for example, see ). There exists a known book, by Ibn Wafid, titled Kitab al-Adwiya al-Mufrada, Book of Simple Medicaments, which is about a century older than al-Baitar's, and which probably justifies the aforementioned confusion. Please, do revise. (I might be mistaken anyway, as I am no expert on the matter) 15:07, 17 June 2011 (UTC) It should be fixed now. He wrote 'Al-Mughni fi al-Adwiya al-Mufrada' (not 'al-Jami`').
